Improving property listings

Our research has shown that 50% of all properties on Let In Edinburgh get very few bookings, whilst the other 50% do really well.
This, we feel, is partly due to poor descriptions and property listings (e.g. no property facilities or nearby recreations shown).
So what are we doing about this? We will be working our way through all properties featured on Let In Edinburgh and offering a description re-writing services as well as suggesting other potential areas of improvement (based on what we know works for other properties on the site).
We want to work with all property owners and agents to get more quality bookings for everyone and to ensure that anyone booking using the website can locate and book the perfect property.
