This museum has plenty to do and see for adult and child alike - it's a great place to spend a rainy day with a child, entry is free.

Fantastic experience for kids ... don't expect lane swimming here ... it's all flumes, waves and fun.

A beautiful park in the centre of Edinburgh with great glass houses, exhibitions and cafe.
