The DOUBLE/TWIN apartment has two bedrooms with 1 x double bed in each room.

TRIPLE Apartment - Perfect for 3 guests:
The TRIPLE apartment has two bedrooms with 1 x double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

QUAD Apartment - Perfect for 4 guests:
QUAD is the perfect choice for families or a small group of friends travelling together. Each apartment has two bedrooms and you have the choice how these rooms are set up, either as 2 double rooms, 1 double and 2 singles or 4 single beds, the choice is yours.

FAMILY Apartment - Perfect for 5 or 6 guests:
The perfect way to keep everyone together during holiday - the FAMILY apartments come with two bedrooms and offer each guest their own individual bed with 2 single beds in the one bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom meaning that you can sleep 6 people in each apartment.

If there are more than 6 guests in your group we can accommodate all in various apartments all within the same block.


Just 4 Miles from Edinburgh City Centre the apartments are part of a stylish new development in the vibrant area of Leith. A frequent bus service (every 15 minutes) connects the apartments to Edinburgh’s city centre and takes 12minutes to Princes Street.

Leith has undergone a huge regeneration and redevelopment in recent years and is now home to the Scottish Executive, Royal Yacht Britannia and the Ocean Terminal shopping and entertainment complex. This cosmopolitan area has a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and bars to suit all tastes. Views vary between serviced apartments with most enjoying views of the amazing land reclamation, the Firth of Forth and sweeping views of the city with the world famous Castle in the distance.

Check-In/Out Procedure
Check in and key collection is from 15H00 onwards. Late Check-out: Check-out is normally at 10H00. Late Check-outs are available for £10 per hour up until 13H00. Please arrange your late check-out at Reception. Free Luggage Storage facilities Available.
