Located just off The Shore at Leith, a wonderful place to sit outside and watch the world go by, this 4th Floor apartment (with lift and secure entry system) has interesting views over the port. Leith has an excellent selection of restaurants and bars close by including Malmaison, Martin Wishart (One Michelin Star) and the Plumed Horse. The Malt Whisky Society is also situated here. The Shore area is also home to the Royal Yacht Britannia and the Ocean Terminal Mall, which has a wonderful array of shops and a multi-screen cinema.

This immaculate apartment comprises a living/dining room with comfortable seating grouped around picture windows opening onto a lovely balcony which has been furnished with a bistro style table and chairs so that guests can enjoy the fascinating maritime views al fresco on sunny days. A TV and DVD player have been provided in the apartment for leisure moments and the dining area offers a table and chairs which seat four people in comfort.

There are two double bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people, the larger of which has an ensuite shower room. Guests using the second bedroom have the benefit of a separate bathroom. A contemporary kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of cookware and utensils for those wishing to have a quiet evening in – though the likelihood is that visitors will be unable to resist the temptation of exploring the facilities on their doorstep. There is also a washer-drier in the apartment together with an iron and ironing board.

Edinburgh city centre is a 35 minute walk away, but there are frequent 24 hours bus services nearby which take about 10 minutes in to the centre. There are also excellent road links for those wishing to explore Fife or East Lothian.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).

Parking details Guests are welcome to use the private car park at the rear of the building.
