Yester House is Scotland's most expensive home

With 85 rooms and 500 acres, this is one impressive house. And only 30 minutes to the centre of Edinburgh!
I was surprised to see that, while this would definitely be a new record at £15 million, the current record is set at £5 million. With property in Edinburgh being so expensive, this seemed a little low to me. A comment on the article seems to agree, suggesting a previous sale at £45 million.
