10 Glenfinlas Street is the ground floor apartment of the Dickson's Georgian townhouse in Edinburgh's New Town, built in 1830 and completely renovated in 1999. The apartment has been awarded 5 stars (luxury) by the Scottish Tourist board in their 'serviced apartment' category and is available for stays of two days or more. It has all the benefits of a hotel suite, with much more freedom.

68 and 85 Lothian House are on the fourth floor of an Art Deco building, constructed in the 1930's and converted to apartments in 1983. Both properties have been awarded four stars by the Scottish Tourist Board. Apartment 68 was totally remodeled in 2003 and Apartment 68 was remodelled in 2004. The facilities of the building include a resident's swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and laundry room. The building is served by two lifts and is available for stays of three days or more and it is situated next to the EICC (Edinburgh International Conference Centre) and the commercial hub of the city.
