Our three apartments offer you the optimal base from which to have a truly superb visit to Edinburgh. Located right in the city centre with superb views they are in located in the historic Old Town and in the perfect location.

The apartments look out from The Mound over Princes Street Gardens and beyond. The large windows from the apartments look right over this uninterrupted view. The lounge area has two comfortable chairs which convert to single beds (so that each apartment can sleep 4 people if necessary). There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a dining room table that seats 4 and can also be used as a desk. Free Wi-Fi broadband internet access (password secure) is available 24 hours a day.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, sink, kettle and all the necessary cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, etc.

The sleeping area has a very comfortable king-size double bed which can also be split into two single beds if necessary. Clean duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The separate bathroom has a large, power shower, wash hand basin and WC, along with large mirrors and heated towel rails.

Heating within the apartments is by electric wall panel heaters and the cost of electricity is included in your rental tarriff. There is a private laundry within the apartment building and this provides excellent facilities free of charge for our guests. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board and a hair-dryer for your use. There is also lift access to this apartment.

In advance of your stay we can send you a specially produced information pack on Edinburgh containing information on everything you may wish to do. Complementary tea, coffee and sugar accompanied by traditional Scottish shortbread awaits your arrival.
