With a close proximity to Murrayfield Stadium this is an excellent apartment for Scotland Rugby games and is also close to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and the Dean Gallery.

It is also a five minute walk from the Craigleith Retail Park, which has a large Sainsbury's supermarket and numerous shops including Marks and Spencer, Next, TKMaxx, Argos, Curry's and Clarkes.
