The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard with antiques and unique pieces.

The apartment has:
4 double bedrooms, one of which can have a king size bed, 2 singles or become a triple bedroom if required.
A single bed in the living room providing sleeping accommodation for an additional person, allowing this apartment to sleep up to 10 people.
Please note that in order to cater for everyone's needs in large groups the beds have different degrees of firmness.

Very large living room with a tuned piano, a white marble fire place and a huge original mirror.
Large and well equipped kitchen with flagstone floor, Belfast sink, large dresser and breakfast table. Decorated in the style of a farm house kitchen.
Bathroom with wooden walls, bespoke sink and a sunken bath & shower and indeed a WC.
There is also a new second bathroom, it is en-suite to the green bedroom, it has a large walk-in shower room, wc and basin and many bespoke features.

This is a bright and sunny apartment where all the rooms have natural light and wooden floors throughout.
It occupies the whole of the top floor in the building. (It is only two flights of stairs, the 2nd floor is the top floor).

About the location:
The apartment is located at the East end of the city centre, just below Regent Terrace and very close to the Play House. Princes Street is an 11 minute walk, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the Parlament 6 minutes.

This property is well-situated to enjoy plenty of green spaces being close to Holyrood Park and being at the foot of Calton Hill.
It also has great public transport links, parking is free in the streets South and East of our street.
