This beautiful fourth floor apartment is set in a unique luxurious development, which includes a private swimming pool, and is located to the west of Edinburgh city centre and only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street.

The apartment's accommodation is spacious, bright and very comfortable, offering the highest standards throughout. The large living room looks out over a pretty courtyard and has modern furnishings, attractive pictures and plants together with many other touches to make sure you feel at home.

The apartment is very well furnished with everything you need for a hassle free stay. From sidelights to crockery, you really do only need to bring your own personal belongings (we even provide hairdryers). The luxury chef's kitchen is equipped to a very high standard and includes a washing machine/dryer, dish washer, mircowave and everything you may need to make this a home from home.

The bedrooms are attractive and comfortable. There are three bedrooms: one has a double bed with a single bunk over it, and the other two have twin beds. One of the twin rooms can be converted into a second king-size bedroom using zip-link beds. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people.We are also more than happy to provide a cot and high chair at no extra cost, and all linen, towels and bedding are also provided.

Leisure facilities within the building are exclusively for residents and include a private swimming pool and sauna. There are also basic weight machines and extra showers and bathrooms in the swimming pool complex. The pool is ideal for children and adults after a long day in the city, and often you will have it all to yourselves.

There is also a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views, as well as a rooftop conservatory for colder days. In the central courtyard is a garden with barbecue and we can provide a cot and high chair at no extra cost.

The price quoted includes everything - there are no hidden extras whatsoever.
