This stylish modern apartment is situated in Edinburgh's historic Old Town. It is within very easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions including the Palace of Holyrood House, the new award winning Scottish Parliament and the Royal Mile, containing a thousand years of turbulent Scottish history.

There is a convenience store which is less than one minute walk away and the bus stops & taxi rank are 2- 3 minutes walk away. Guests staying in this apartment will be able to walk easily to all the main tourist attractions and shops.

The property is situated in a quiet little courtyard on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey building. Access is via a secure entry phone system. The accommodation provides 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which has a zip/link bed, giving you the flexibility of having 1 super king size bed or 2 single beds, the 2nd bedroom has a standard double bed. There is also a double sofa bed which means the apartment can accommodate six guests.

There is a very spacious lounge with it's own separate dining area with table that can comfortably seat six people and lovely bay window which overlooks the little tree lined courtyard.
The lounge also has a large corner sofa & coffee table which houses lots of tourist information as well as recommendations of places to eat & things to see. Guests will also find welcoming touches on their arrival such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and complimentary toiletries.

The family bathroom is fully tiled & has a bath with over bath power shower, washbasin & WC. The apartment benefits from gas central heating, double glazing & a living flame gas fire in the lounge all of which combine to provide year round comfort.
