I have booked this property a couple of times now for business purposes.
The flat is very clean with superb decor and facilities.
Location wise the flat could not be better as the City Centre is only 2 mins walk away but you wouldn't think so due to it being very quiet.
Strongly recommend.

A fantastic flat with very stylish furnishings! I especially enjoyed the giant plasma television! Being right in the centre of town and in arguably the best area, this was a great place to explore the city from. I can't wait to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone!

What a superb flat! We stayed last week and were very impressed with the decor of this convenient flat. It was also a pleasant surprise to realise how close all the amenities of Edinburgh were — a spot on location at what is a very fair price.
The flat was spotless on arrival and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Its tasteful, chic look ensured a relaxing but stylish base to return to after our wonderings around this beautiful city. Many thanks!
