From the nearby bus stop buses depart every 10 minutes or so to all major sights of the town.

The famous Royal Botanical Gardens is a short and pleasant walk away. The Water of Leith Walkway, just 50 yards away, is a haven of peace which will take you through many secret parts of the city and brings you to the Scottish National Museum of Modern Art and Dean gallery.
