There are 2 apartments at Anne House, comprising the whole third floor (top) of this modern building.
This apartment (flat 8) has a double room, twin room, and sofa bed in the living room.

The fitted kitchen is completed to a high standard with electric oven/grill and hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/dryer, and of course the all important dishwasher! Absolutely vital on holiday!
All the usual kitchen requirements are provided, plus a welcome pack on arrival. Please ask about specific requirements on booking.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower over the bath and electric toothbrush and shaver points.

Good quality bed linen, personal towels, and kitchen towels are provided at no extra charge.

There is central heating plus individual heaters in rooms. All taxes, electricity, hot water etc. are included in the overall rental cost.

Parking in Edinburgh City Centre is both scarce and expensive, however guests at Anne House Apartments, have either garage parking or an allocated parking space at the apartments. This is also included in the overall cost.
