The apartment has recently been refurbished, and has a new, fully integrated cherry and stainless steel kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and fridge freezer. The kitchen is open plan to the living room, which has a sofa bed, two leather chairs, and a dining area. The living area also has a wall mounted LCD TV/DVD player and a portable CD radio player. The bathroom is off of the bedroom, and is fitted with a jacuzzi bath and power shower. There is a secure entry system, and the apartment is on the 1st floor within a block of three.
