The apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. An attractive open plan living/dining/kitchen area with wooden floors, leather sofas and a dining table with seating for 4, offers a comfortable ambience in which to relax. A DVD Player, TV and radio are provided for leisure moments or when one is finally footsore from the delights of exploring Edinburgh.

A modern galley kitchen is well equipped with, dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and grill, plus plenty of cutlery, crockery and cookware. Every thing you would need should you wish to cook stay in and cook a meal. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available for the visitor wanting to stay for a longer period.

The apartment provides two comfortable double bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 people. Each room has a large fitted wardrobe providing ample cupboard space. The bedrooms share an attractive white tiled bathroom which has a bath with a shower over plus toilet and wash had basin. For those wishing to bring a car, there is an NCP car park within 5 minutes walk of the apartment, but we would advise guests to leave their Vehicles at home when staying in this area, as everything you could wish for is so easily accessible on foot.
