The Scotland Street Luxury Let

Our Scotland Street apartment is situated on one of the most prestigious streets in the fashionable Georgian New Town of the city. It's only a 7 minute walk to Princes Street yet very quietly situated- you'll also be living next to some locally famous neighbours! (Irvine Welsh of 'Trainspotting' fame lives opposite, and Alexander McColl Smith, the author, also lives on the Street. His serialisation of '44 Scotland Street' can be read in the Scotsman newspaper!).

The apartment is on the second floor, it’s bright and airy with two huge Georgian windows in the drawing room. Overall, the apartment is about 75 m sq in size.

Other recreation Our apartments are situated right in the heart of the gay area -
all within a couple of minutes walk to Broughton Street (where you'll find
the Blue Moon Café) and to The Street, CC Blooms and Planet Out at the top
of Broughton Street. The surrounding area has lots of funky pubs, clubs and
restaurants which are generally very gay friendly.

Gay life centres round the Broughton Street area and most places around here, if not gay, are certainly gay friendly.

Virgin Active
We have exclusively agreed temporary membership arrangements with the world class Virgin Active Health Club - only available to our guests. The club is located only a stone's throw from the apartments on the way into town - it has a great gym with all the machines, free weights and cardio equipment you'd need as well as a large swimming pool and spa. The in house health and beauty salon is also accessible for those who'd rather have a massage or get their toe nails tweaked! Just ask us for daily rates and passes for longer stays when you check in.
