Our Blackwood Crescent Apartment, is a bright and beautiful top-floor flat situated in a peaceful area of Newington to the South of the city centre. The property is 2 minute's walk from the Meadows (Edinburgh's large open park in the south of the city centre) and very convenient for Edinburgh University at nearby George Square. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished with new carpets and decoration.

Situated in the Newington area of the city, Blackwood Crescent is ideally situated for Edinburgh University campuses all within 5 minutes walking distance of the apartment. The City Centre is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment, although the area is well served by local transport with bus stops within 2 minutes walk. A bus journey to the Royal Mile and Princes Street is only around 5 minutes. Blackwood Crescent is just around the corner from South Clark Street and South Bridge. These major thoroughfares are home to an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and also to The Edinburgh Festival Theatre and The Queen's Hall which both offer a wide range of theatrical and musical events to tempt you all year round. The Meadows and Queens Park are a stones throw away for relaxed walks away from the hustle and bustle of the City.

Included in the price of all of our apartments are all bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, toilet rolls, soaps, and a grocery starter pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, orange juice, preserves, spreads and bread rolls.
