Tolbooth is a ground floor self catering apartment in a new building located in one of the many small old streets that run of The Royal Mile and is approximately 350 metres from Holyrood Palace & the new Scottish Parliament building. This self-catering apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard to make your stay in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible. Guests who have a laptop can also enjoy a free broadband connection either through the supplied cable or by wifi.

The apartment is a pleasant walk to many other major Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland. There is also a copious amount of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate area.

LOUNGE

The room consists of a sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed, when there is only two staying at the apartment please state if you require use of this ? A dining table suitable for four people. A fireplace with a coal effect fire provides additional heat to the central heating and some smaller items of furniture and lighting features create a wonderful ambience in the room. A widescreen tv with approximately 30 digital channels and a DVD home cinema system with a selection of dvds and cds are provided for your enjoyment.

BEDROOM

This is a lovely double bedroom with a window overlooking looking out to a courtyard.A kingsize double bed and headboard with two bedside tables, a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your possessions.
Kitchen

The kitchen has a window overlooking the same courtyard as the bedroom and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob electric oven, microwave oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and cutlery & crockery for up to four people.

BATHROOM

A bath with an instant electric shower, wc and basin. A shaver point is also in the bathroom.

* All gas & electricity costs are included in the rental.
* Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of 1 week or more.
* Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided for your arrival.
* Ironing facilities and a hair dryer are provided.
