This lovely apartment has 2 bedrooms and a box room, a large living room, modern kitchen and bathroom and has been fully redecorated. Wireless networking is available.

The living room is a light, spacious room which includes its original cornice and panelling which is elegantly set against the pale, polished-wood floor. The large windows look out on the views above and the original shutters have been restored. The black-leather sofa has a good built in bed for accommodating guests. There is a phone connection, network connection and 10 power outlets.

The Master Bedroom is a warm room with a dark red ceiling, a low double bed and polished wood floors.

The front bedroom shares the same views as the living room. It has a double bed and also contains a loft bed area which could be used for storage.

The box room in the back of the house is quiet and bright (with a large window) and contains a single bed and ample storage shelves.

The Kitchen was refurbished several years ago with beech work surfaces and breakfast bar. The walls are warm yellow with terracotta tiling around the work areas. There is a gas hob and fan assisted built-in oven as well as a high power (900W) built-in microwave. The kitchen also contains a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a very large American-style fridge freezer. The sink has a waste disposal and water filter. The centre piece of the bathroom is the antique claw-foot bath that sits on the Mexican-terracotta tiled floor. The room also contains a sink, toilet and gas powered shower.
