This beautiful 2 bedroom flat is hidden in one of the best locations of the Old Town. It is less than 100 metres away from the Royal Mile – with all its pubs and glory, and 500 metres away from the Castle. Princes Street, Edinburgh’s shopping haven is less than 10 minutes away.

The flat is spacious and decorated to the highest standards. It comprises of 2 double rooms (double beds), 1 large living room with a leather bed sofa (sleeps 2) and a dining area, 1 separate fully fitted kitchen and a beautiful sea inspired bathroom with comfortable under floor heating.

The flat is situated at a quiet square far away from the traffic. It has 2 exits – one to the Royal Mile and one to the Cowgate another popular spot for Edinburgh’s bubbling night life. The square is ideal for families with children as it means that they can play away safely while being overlooked by the parents from the balcony. The balcony area is a flowering haven (from July) furnished with a small table and 2 chairs. Barbecues are encouraged if using the modern disposable ones.

If you desire to see Edinburgh on a bicycle this can be arranged. 2 bicycles including helmets and locks are kept in an outside store. Just let us know in advance.

The flat is spotlessly clean. Bed linen and towels will be supplied.
