The apartment is situated on the Edinburgh’s Southside in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to Blackford Hill making it an ideal place for those who enjoy a brisk walk with good views over the City. Close to the University of Edinburgh’s King’s Buildings, other local amenities include the Commonwealth Pool and the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. There is a good selection of restaurants and pubs close by. Edinburgh’s excellent bus services run from close by enabling visitors to be in the City Centre in ten to fifteen minutes. The apartment has the benefit of a private parking space.

The accommodation, which sleeps 2-4 people, comprises an attractive living/dining room with comfortable seating. Cable TV, Broadband and a telephone for incoming calls are provided making this a great place for those wishing to mix business with pleasure. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.

A peaceful bedroom to the rear of the property has a double bed, a CD Player/radio and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The owner’s can provide a travel cot on request should this be required.

There is a shower room with wash hand basin and toilet.

The kitchen is practically equipped with a cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge affording the possibility of a relaxing evening in should the great range of restaurants nearby begin to pall.

To the rear of the property there is a large grassy area which catches the afternoon sun making it a nice spot in which to sit quietly with a book.
