This delightfully spacious first floor apartment sleeps 4 to 6 people. It has been sympathetically decorated and furnished to a very high standard and exudes a tranquil atmosphere which has been created by the owners who have selected traditional modern furniture, attractive antique items and a delightful collection of pictures and prints. Visitors will appreciate the wonderful architecture of their surroundings from the beautiful cornicing to the handsome marble fireplaces.

The drawing room is of generous proportions, with two large sash windows which flood the room with light. Decorated in quiet neutral tones, it has been comfortably furnished in a traditional manner with sofas and chairs, TV and DVD Player, and provides a welcoming setting in which to relax after a hard day’s sight seeing. There is a broadband connection for the use of guests.

The apartment offers two double bedrooms. The master bedroom, which is situated to the rear of the property, is large and well furnished with beds that can either be arranged as two singles or a super king size, and an antique wardrobe and chest of drawers. A good sized second bedroom is again furnished with two single / one super king size bed. The owner also offers 2 good quality inflatable air beds for larger parties.

The internal bathroom has recently been totally refurbished and provides an excellent shower plus a wash hand basin and lavatory.

A Dining/Kitchen overlooking pretty gardens at the rear of the building completes the accommodation. It has been well equipped with a good range of cookware, glass and crockery and provides an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer and makes a lovely space in which to share a meal. There is a separate laundry cupboard with a washing machine.
