Situated in an attractive conversion of one of Edinburghs historic old breweries this quaint apartment is in an excellent locality for the visitor to Edinburgh. Located just off Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile, this apartment is an ideal base for exploring the historic Old Town. Waverly Station and bus stops are a 5 minute walk. Holyrood Palace, the new Scottish Parliament and Arthur's Seat are literally around the corner. The shops of Princes Street are also only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment benefits from gated allocated private parking. Guests visiting the property are entitled to use of the communal garden.

The accommodation is simply but attractively furnished and consists of an open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, TV with DVD Player and Freeview, good cooking facilities and a good selection of crockery and cutlery.
