This verdant patio apartment has an enviable location in one of Edinburgh’s finest Georgian streets. Situated about six minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street and from Holyrood Palace, this is a marvellous spot from which to explore Edinburgh. Most attractions can easily be reached on foot though for the less energetic or for those pressed for time tour buses offering a full day hop-on hop-off ticket can be caught close to the apartment.

Furnished with a gloriously eclectic flair, this apartment offers a delightful home from home for the visitor who appreciates something a bit different. A cosy sitting room furnished with attractive antiques and lovely paintings and prints offers plenty of comfortable seating with a dining table for 4 and T.V. with DVD Player, Play station, and digital radio. There is access to a small rear courtyard with seating and barbeque for those wanting a relaxed evening in or a lovely mini-garden to the front of the accommodation. A well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, and washing machine with dryer, provides ample facilities for those not wishing to sample the delights of Edinburgh’s many and varied restaurants.

There are two comfortable bedrooms – one double and one twin – both furnished with a delightful range of antique furniture. A well appointed bathroom offers a bath with shower over.

The owners live upstairs and also offer luxurious accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis in a double bedroom with fabulous views over private gardens. This may be available on request.

There is metered parking outside the apartment – this is free during the evenings and at weekends.
