The apartment is in Edinburgh 's prestigious new Hopetoun Village development, which is within easy walking distance of Edinburgh 's famous Playhouse Theatre and the numerous pubs, clubs and restaurants of fashionable Broughton Village . It can accommodate up to 6 people in 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with separate bathroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Larger parties can rent our 2 properties which are conveniently situated in the same block 1 floor apart.

If you are considering coming to Edinburgh during the Festival, or during the Summer holiday period we can still fit you in. If you wish to come to Edinburgh later in the year you will also be welcome.

From time to time, we will offer special deals for Rugby weekends, Valentine Breaks, Christmas, New Year and Easter. Two nights is our minimum letting period, except during the Festival.
