On entering the flat linger a while to look at the pictures of Edinburgh past in the wood panelled hallway.

Bedroom 1


Bedroom 1 is at the back of the apartment and offers views of Arthur Seat and the buildings of old Edinburgh. This king size bedroom offers a great place to relax and unwind. There is a flat screen television with digital tv offering up to 30 channels. Mirrored wardrobes and other small items of furniture will ensure your accomodation is comfortable.



Dining Area/Kitchen

This room features a large kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a fridge/ freezer, washer/dryer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery.


Bedroom 2

Located at the front of the building this carpeted bedroom contains a double bed which can be made up as either a twin or double depending on your requirements. Also available is a travel cot if needed for a small visitor. There are views of the High Street from this room.

This beautiful showerroom is a great place to relax after a busy day touring the sights. Fitted with large shower, sink and WC.

All gas and electricity are included in the rental.
Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of one week or more.
