Spacious modern flat in purpose-built private estate close to the city centre. The apartment can sleep six - there are two double bedrooms: one with kingsize bed and ensuite shower and WC and one twin room, a family bathroom and a large living room with a comfortable double sofabed.

The flat is modern, spacious and well furnished. All bedlinen and towels are provided plus a welcome pack with fresh bread, butter, eggs, milk, tea and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and washer/dryer, iron and ironing board; there is TV/DVD; radio/CD player and hairdryers. Private parking is available for two cars.

The flat is very central - 10 minutes walk from the west end of Princes Street and the Castle. There are excellent local amenities and very good bus and train links to other parts of the city.

For larger groups of up to 14 guests, the apartment can be booked along with another that is situated just opposite on the same floor.
