The Pilrig - Balfour Residence

The Balfour Apartment, our latest addition & largest apartment, occupies a commanding second-floor position in Pilrig House, offering impressive views of the park & front gardens from dual windows in the spacious living-room. The apartment has a light-filled and sunny ambience, is wonderfully comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The first double bedroom has a king-sized bed (which can be split into twins, if desired), chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, full-width mirrored wardrobes with sliding doors & wooden hangers, overhead dimmer lighting, adjustable heating and views of Regency side garden.

The second double bedroom has a double bed, overhead dimmer lighting, bedside cabinets and reading lamps, full-width mirror wardrobes with sliding doors and wooden hangers, chest of drawers and adjustable wall heater.

The living room is a spacious, sun-filled room at the front of the apartment – with dual window views of the gardens and park, allocated dining area, comfortable seating and sofas, reading lamps, overhead dimmer lighting, two lovely recess window-seats and real flame-effect fire.

All rooms lead off the spacious hallway.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a lovely cottage-style window overlooking the Regency garden, clothes washer/dryer, oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee-maker and all the pots & pans and modern utensils you will require.

The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower cabinet, heated towel rail, electric shaver point beside lit mirror above wash-hand basin.
