A beautiful, newly rennovated two bedroom flat with sunny garden and off street parking centrally located just 10 minutes walk from Princes Street and the Castle. Excellent location for all tourist sites, just 10 minutes walk from the Castle, Princes Street and Royal Mile and with excellent bus routes to the rest of the city.

Two double bedrooms (both with double beds), a large living room with dining table to seat up to 8 people, excellent separate kitchen, large bathroom and off street parking for one car. The large private garden is safe and enclosed for children, sunny and great for socialising with a lawn, seating area, barbeque and outside furniture. This all private and for your personal use and in addition there is a private parking space in the driveway, a rarity in the city centre!

The two double bedrooms are a good size and newly rennovated and furnished. The lounge has a comfortable suite of a large sofa and separate armchair. The large table extends to seat up to 6 people comfortably.

The apartment is on the Ground Floor with only a small step at the entrance so is suitable for some disabilities
