Description This large comfortable first floor apartment provides a perfect base for you to explore the fantastic city of Edinburgh. It has been furnished in a contemporary style and comprises of three bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and modern family bathroom. The dining table easily accommodates all guests and can be extended with additional chairs. There is a serving hatch between the kitchen and dining area for ease of use.
The kitchen is well equipped with a built in cooker and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, plus a good selection of glass, china and cooking utensils. The apartment also has a washing machine and drying area which is located in a large cupboard at the entrance to the flat.
The apartment is conveniently located within about a 30min walk to Princes Street or is also serviced by an excellent bus service running frequently to the city centre. With a close proximity to Murrayfield Stadium this is an excellent apartment for Scotland Rugby games and is also close to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and the Dean Gallery.

Description This luxury apartment is located on the banks of the Firth of Forth. Every room looks out on to the water, enjoying uninterrupted views. Sliding Doors open out onto the terrace where you will be greeted with spell-binding views of the Firth of Forth.

The apartment is large, at 1400 sq ft and has gas central heating throughout with private parking.

We have tried to think of everything to make your stay both comfortable and relaxing.

The Lounge has a leather corner suite, a 2 seat sofa and arm chair, along with a widescreen television and DVD Player. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all Neff Appliances and there is ample storage. The dining table comfortably seats 6.

In the Hallway there is cupboard for Coats, a games cupboard, and a laundry cupboard with Bosch Washer Dryer.

All 3 bedrooms have a Flatscreen TV with built in DVD player. The beds are luxurious pocket sprung beds. Each bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe and good storage. All 3 bedrooms look out onto the Firth of Forth.

2 of the Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is also a family bathroom.

Western Harbour has Fantastic transport links, The No. 10 Bus terminus is located at the rear of the apartment, this takes you straight into the city. The Tram will be a few minutes walk away when it is running.

Within a short walk is an Asda Supermarket which is open 24 hours 7 days a week.

There is also a Loch Fyne Fish Restaurant and Prezzo Italian Restaurant within a few minutes walk of the apartment, The Newhaven Quay family pub is also here.

Ocean Terminal with all it's shopping, Restaurants Multi Screen Cinema and the Royal Yacht Britannia is a short walk away, this is also a main bus terminus for Edinburgh.

Description This lower main door self catering apartment is set over two levels and situated in Edinburgh’s Georgian New Town. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, the New Town has the largest area of original Georgian architecture in Europe. The apartment is situated on a quiet street in an A listed building opposite a park and yet it is within walking distance of Princes Street. A 5 minute walk will take you to a large supermarket in one direction and, even closer in the other direction are a cluster of small galleries, bars, restaurants and boutique shops. There are plenty of buses running nearby giving access to the rest of the city. Parking is metered during the day but is free after 5.30 and on Saturdays and Sundays.

Ideally suited to 2 people on a romantic break, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4. Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor (US 4th) in a traditional tenement and there is not a lift. We will be there to greet you however, as we are happy to offer a 'meet and greet' service to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

We also provide a full welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and croissants and traditional Scottish oats and honey, should you want porridge for breakfast! This is a non-smoking and no pet flat.
