It has stunning views, nestling at the bottom of Edinburgh's famous hill landmark - Arthur’s Seat. A short stroll brings you to the beginning of the hill walk, which at the top gives spectacular views across the Palace, to Edinburgh Castle and the city.

Edinburgh city centre and Princes Street shops are 20 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. The city is well served by public transport.

The apartment is very bright and warm. It consists of a lounge, dining room, bathroom and a luxury fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 double (1 with en-suite shower), and 1 twin bedroom.
