This newly refurbished apartment will be available for groups of up to fourteen. No 19 provides luxury accommodation on the third and fourth floor of an A listed Georgian building in Edinburgh’s New Town.

Situated in the very heart of the City, the location is second to none for guests wishing to explore the delights of Edinburgh. We provide special accommodation for discerning guests who, we hope, will enjoy the designer interior and spacious surroundings of the Apartment.

Groud Floor

The Entrance hallway has walnut flooring and leads to the rooms located on this floor and staircase leading to the upper level.

The Drawing Room/Dining Room is a stunning and spacious room (7m x 5m), incorporating dining area and lounging space. Wall mounted flat screen TV, satellite package, Bose Lifestyle surround sound home cinema and music system. This room enables all our guests to dine at a full size dining room table.

Be wowed by our funky bathroom with full size bath overlooking Queen Street and the gardens beyond. This spacious bathroom also benefits from a separate shower enclosure and designer fixtures and fittings.

Fabulous state of the art kitchen with high gloss units, large American fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, double oven, microwave and coffee maker. Casual seating on stools at the counter area and Bose link sound system makes this kitchen an additional space in which to socialise.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious panelled twin bedroom to the rear of the property with space for two additional full sized guest beds should your party require additional facilities.

Hairdryers in all rooms, quality guest toiletries, hot water bottles and welcome pack. Our tariff includes utilities, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels.

Upper Level

An exceptional master bedroom ('The Oval Room') with oval windows providing views of Queen St gardens and a panoramic view of Leith and the Firth of Forth beyond. Enjoy the luxury of our four poster bed in the sumptuous surroundings of the Oval Room. For larger groups a third bed can be put in this room to accommodate another person.

The Turret Room is a small but beautifully formed, quaint double bedroom which also has an oval window with panoramic views. This room, decorated in a castle style, is a perfect hide-away.

To the rear of the Apartment we have the ‘hot pink’ room. A twin room with its’ own en-suite shower room providing comfortable accommodation for two.

Also to the rear of the Apartment we have the ‘art deco’ room. Another twin room with its’ own en-suite shower room. This room can also incorporate an additional bed depending upon the size of the visiting party.

A Jacuzzi bath makes this bathroom two the perfect place to escape and relax. It also incorporates a separate shower unit and contemporary fixtures and fittings.

The utility Room houses everything for your laundry requirements: washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
