West end Georgian Grand

- a rare property in the short term rental market as this property has massive capital value-the owners(That’s myself and my wife) don’t want to sell for sentimental reasons, so you get to benefit by staying in a very grand apartment, for not much more than a property worth one third of the value. Based in Edinburgh’s west end (also New Town) this is the equivalent of Londons Mayfair. the apartment has an amazing vast drawing room, which is perfect for entertaining -this used to be the main reception room for the original 6 storied townhouse.

A Quarter Mile Apartment

I really like the Quartermile development both in terms of location and style. This apatment in particular is 2 bedded and more spacious than the 1 bed apartments…it is also competitively priced compared with other units within Quarter Mile.

Braemore Delux Residence

This apartment is very centrally situated and is very stylishly decorated.
If you like chique you will love this place.

waterloo place Studio Apartment

This is the largest studio apartment I have ever seen…it would be more accurately described as a loft type apartment. The bedroom area is completely separate from the living area – only it has an internal gap/window into the living area rather than a window to the exterior. it is priced very competitvely and is a great deal for an amazing location in a beautiful complex of apartments.

Boutique Young Street 1

These apartments are very well presented and no expense has been spared in furnishing these units. They are located in a very central part of Edinburgh -great for a night on the town in trendy George Street.
