This large Georgian apartment is in an unbeatable location for the best hen, stag or group weekend out in Edinburgh. It is located on vibrant Rose Street, a central and historic part of Edinburgh and perfect for Edinburgh's restaurants, bars, clubs, pubs and shops.
The popular bars, cocktail bars and clubs of neighbouring George Street are right on the doorstep and the clubs and pubs of the Old Town are just minutes away.

There are five bedrooms in the apartment each offering single beds, which are full size single beds (3” x 6’3”) and have comfortable mattresses. Bedroom 1 sleeps up to 4 people and 3 guests can sleep comfortably in each of the other bedrooms. For groups of fewer than 16 people some beds can be removed (up to 6) if you require more floor space.
The apartment also offers a spacious living room with 3 large sofas, There is a 42” HD TV, DVD player in the livingroom for those times you want to stay in and chill.The kitchen is designed to cope with the large number of guests that this apartment can sleep with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, 2 kettles, 3 toasters, ample crockery/glasses/equipment for 16 people.
When it comes to getting ready to go out this apartment boasts an ample number of washrooms including a large bathroom with shower, 1 separate bath, 1 separate toilet,1 shower room with toilet and 1 further separate toilet. There will certainly be no queues for the bathroom in this property.
Bath and hand towels, all linen, irons, hair straighteners and hair dryers are provided.
The property benefits from double glazed windows. No neighbours are directly underneath the flat so can't be woken in the small hours. Extremely flexible arrival and departure times can easily be arranged in most cases with advance notice.
Waverley train station is just a 5 minutes walk, the airbus to Edinburgh airport 2 min walk, then 25 mins on the bus. Murrayfield stadium is a 10 min direct bus journey.
Pets are not usually permitted, however a well behaved dog would be considered but would not be allowed in bedrooms.
Check in/out can be flexible if no other booking immediately before or after then we can offer whatever check-in/check-out time. If there is a booking immediately before, then bag drop is from About 10-10.30 and check in from about 4-5 pm depending on how long the cleaner takes. If there is a booking immediately after, then check out is at 10 am.
