Musselburgh Race Course is also just along the road and there are around 60 golf courses within 1 hours drive from us, some as close as 5 minutes away. For rugby fans the bus service runs directly past the property to and from Murrayfield Stadium.

Entrance to the property is directly from the promenade leading into hallway. The spacious living area has large bay windows with panoramic views over the beach and Firth of Forth and an open fireplace for those cosy nights in! The lounge leads through to a splendid huge dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with laundry and shower room/w.c. also on this floor.

The upstairs has four well proportioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms each contain one double bed and two bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed in each. Again the master bedroom has outstanding views from a large bay window overlooking the beach and the Firth of Forth. A large family bathroom upstairs completes the accommodation.
