If you are coming to Edinburgh and want to be right in the centre where 'it all' happens then this could be the place for you. Situated in part of the world heritage area of the Georgian New Town and just off Charlotte Square where the annual book festival is held as well as being home to many financial institutions, this property is literally a few metres from Princes Street which is the main shopping street of Edinburgh.

There is a very spacious twin windowed lounge overlooking Charlotte Street, a large double bedroom, further double bedroom, uber stylish kitchen and a travertine bathroom. In the lounge there is a tv, dining table designed for 6 but with an extra couple of chairs in case you have guests around. A double pull out sofa bed so this apartment can sleep 6 if required and plenty of other seating.

Each bedroom can be set up as either a double room or a twin room and there is a sofa bed in the lounge (double only). One of the double bedrooms overlooks Charlotte Street whereas the other bedroom is to the rear and if you look out the window you wil catch sight of Edinburgh Castle (see picture). The kitchen comes fully equipped and has washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, small freezer and microwave. It is fully stocked with cutlery etc. The bathroom is finished in natural travertine stone and has bath, over bath shower, w.c and wash hand basin.

If you are coming to Edinburgh to shop this apartment may pose a serious threat to your credit card as it is a 2 minute walk to George Street where Edinburgh's designer shops are and you can come back in a loop along Princes Street if you need a bigger shopping fix. Bars, restaurants are a plenty with a tapas bar in the same block and loads of other places to choose from on George Street. So if you want to be right in the centre where it is all happening and you want to be able to walk to a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops within a couple of minutes then this could be the place for you.
