Royal Mile Mansions is located on North Bridge, with the flat itself looking over Cockburn Street just off the Royal Mile. The flat is centrally located 30 seconds from the Royal Mile and only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping and transport hub of Edinburgh (Princes Street).

The property has been well maintained with modern furnishings and a unique styling in a traditional setting. The entrance to the flat is spacious, with storage facilities, and decorated with images of Scotland past and present. The main living area is tastefully adorned with oriental décor, a large sofa, lounge chairs, and a dining table (suitable for four people).
