This main door, garden apartment is within a spectacular 'A' listed building from 1860 with original features providing luxury living for your stay. Set in the heart of the city, it is in an excellent location with all the main attractions within walking distance. Very quiet apartment with a very central location.

The large living room with a mix of contemporary and antique furnishings has views to Edinburgh Castle and dining for four. TV, DVD player, freeview TV and wireless internet access are provided for guests use.

The fully equipped kitchen and utility room include a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Large elegant two bedroom Victorian property with original features has one double room and one single bedroom. An inflatable bed is also available if required. All linen and towels provided.

A luxury family bathroom with power shower and bath completes the accommodation.

Guests can also benefit from the very private shared garden.

It is only 300 metres to the nearest bus stop and 1 mile to Waverley Train Station, 1 mile from Haymarket station. If you are travelling from Edinburgh Airport, the airport bus stop is 400 metres away. Princes Street is only a short walk with all shopping on your doorstep, Sainsbury local only 50 meters. All major theatres are within walking distance and a large selection of local restaurants and pubs catering for all budgets just around the corner including Michelin star Restaurant called Castle Terrace bookings in advance required . Check in is from 1pm and check out is by 10am. Alternative times can be arranged directly with the property manager before arrival there can be an extra charge for out of hour’s bookings. A deposit is also required returnable on your departure.
