This first floor apartment within a traditional tenement building, has one double bedroom that contains 'zip and link' beds, allowing the bedroom to be arranged with either a double bed or twin single beds. The other bedroom is a double bedroom. The linen and towels are included in the price.

There is also a single z bed and if need be we can arrange to provide a bed for the 5th person as there is certainly the space. Please request this at the time of booking.

Guests can benefit from a shared garden to the rear of the property. The property is ideally located near to an excellent range of local amenities as well as a range of recreational facilities, including Harrison Park, The Union Canal and Fountain Park.

This apartment offers a 'meet and greet' service, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys etc. Check is at 2pm and check out is by 11am. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required prior to arrival and full details will be included with your booking confirmation.
