This stunning, newly renovated, two floor bungalow is in a quiet residential area, pleasantly located in the North Gyle district of Corstorphine. While well placed for access to the City Centre, Corstorphine provides an excellent range of local shopping facilities including many independent small shops, restaurants, pubs and a large 24 hour Tesco Supermarket. The Gyle Shopping Centre and Hermiston Gait Shopping Complex are also only a short drive away offering a range of major retail outlets. There are a range of recreational facilities in the vicinity including a leisure centre and delightful walks within the Cammo Estate or on Corstorphine Hill Nature Reserve. Edinburgh Zoo is situated to the east of Corstorphine, and is the area's largest and most popular tourist attraction.
A regular and effective public transport service operates nearby to many parts of the City and the property is ideally located for easy access to the City By-pass linking with major motorway networks. A local rail link at South Gyle Station also provides an alternative choice of travel into the city centre. Edinburgh International Airport is also only a short drive away.
Guests can relax in the spacious comfortable lounge and TV, DVD player, stereo and wifi internet access are provided for guests use. The large open plan dining/kitchen has a pebble effect gas fire and seating for 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a Utility/Dog Room with washing machine, tumbler dryer, line dryer and dog (or small children) shower.
To the rear of the property a new sunroom/extra bedroom extension has two sets of double patio doors to the deck and a double futon can be provided to accommodate two children or one adult.
The large and bright master bedroom has a king size bed, large built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. An office/study area is located on the first floor landing and leads to the second bedroom which also has a king sized bed and built in wardrobes. The third double bedroom is located on the ground floor with views out to the rear garden. A family bathroom is also on the ground floor with modern suite and power shower.
There are well laid out gardens to front and rear. The secluded and private rear garden is overlooked by our sunny deck with table, chairs, lounger, patio heater and BBQ. The rear garden is fully enclosed for the safety of children and pets.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property on arrival/departure to handover keys and be given a tour of property. Check in is 2pm and check out is by 11am and luggage can be securely stored in the garage if required. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance and a fully refundable security deposit of £250 is payable six weeks prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to vet any group booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag and hen parties. It is also in a quiet residential neighbourhood and so may not suit all parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25yrs.
