We are just 10 mins from the city centre (Princes Street, Royal Mile and other tourist attractions) by LRT Buses, and 5 mins walk to the famous Royal Yacht Britannia within Ocean Terminal. We overlook the gates of the Scottish Executive and Malmaison Hotel in a trendy part of town. Check in is at 3pm and check out is by 11am. A 25% deposit is payable on booking. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the outstanding balance 2 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable within 2 days if no problems.
