Commercial Street Apartment

Our first floor apartment is located in the superb rejuvenated area of Leith in an old converted bonded warehouse and offers a fantastic location for you or your family to benefit from. There are several good pubs and over 20 restaurants on the waterfront, including 3 Michelin starred restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We are just 10 mins from the city centre (Princes Street, Royal Mile and other tourist attractions) by LRT Buses, and 5 mins walk to the famous Royal Yacht Britannia within Ocean Terminal. We overlook the gates of the Scottish Executive and Malmaison Hotel in a trendy part of town. Whether stopping by on business or relaxing with the family we can offer you an excellent and well equipped apartment for you to relax in.

This two bedroom property has one king size master bedroom with en-suite and one twin bedroom.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is by 11am. A 25% deposit is payable on booking. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the outstanding balance 2 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable within 2 days if no problems.
