Located close to one of Edinburgh's 7 hills for walking and nature reserves. Only 5 minute drive from Murrayfield Golf course and Rugby stadium, Edinburgh Zoo and Crammond Village.

This modern built townhouse was completed in August 2010 and is spread across 3 floors. The ground floor has a shower room, 1 bedroom plus utility with washing machine and drying facilities. Guests can benefit from the rear garden with BBQ.

The 1st floor has a very large living area with adjoining dining area plus large fully equipped kitchen with dining table seating 6/8 guests. The living area has TV, Broadband, Freeview box, DVDS, DVD and CD Players, 2 sofas plus armchair.

The 2nd floor has 3 good sized double bedrooms with wardrobe space plus main bathroom. 1 bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Later and earlier check in/outs can be arranged with prior notice.
