If you arrive by train, it takes approximately 5 minutes by taxi or 15-20 minutes walk from Edinburgh Waverley or, if travelling by plane, it is approximately 25 minutes by taxi or a 40 minute bus ride from Edinburgh Airport.

The owner provides a friendly 'meet and greet' service at the property, whereby you will be met at the property to provide keys and be shown the layout etc. Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am on the day of departure. Outwith these arrival hours, the owner, who lives nearby, may be contacted on a mobile number to arrange key delivery.

A 25% deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than six weeks before arrival, the full amount is due as soon as full confirmation is received.
