A supermarket and convenient small shops ranging from wine merchants, fruit and veg shops and gift shops are just a short walk away (Leith walk). For those who do not feel like cooking there are take-away shops and good quality restaurants very close by.

A bus stop is just a one minute walk away, with direct buses to Princes Street (approximately 10 minutes). Or why not take a 20 minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh?

Your pets are more than welcome to stay with you at the apartment. There are many places to walk your dog close to the apartment and the beach is only 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus.

Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Sleeping arrangements The double bedroom features a small balcony and en-suite shower room (with shower, washbasin and toilet). The second bedroom is set-up as a twin (two single beds).

The luxurious double sofa bed in the living room allows the apartment to sleep up to 6 in comfort.

We provide all duvets, pillows, linen and towels at no extra charge, all of which are changed on a weekly basis. A travel cot and high chair are supplied for any little guests.

Interior layout The living room benefits from a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, stereo with Ipod docking station and a computer with broadband internet connection. We also provide a number of books, various board games and toys for to enjoy during your stay.

The modern, stainless steel kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer and various kitchen gadgets.

The family bathroom includes a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.

Exterior The apartment is based on the second floor of a modern building (with lift), located in a quiet residential area.

Access arrangements Standard check-in time is 4PM. Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Guests can drop off luggage and pick-up keys any time after 10.30 AM by arrangement after booking.
