Situated on the vibrant Newington Road close to the University, our superior apartments are ideal for the larger groups. A converted casino, these apartments were renovated to a high standard in 2007 and feature many of the original features typical of Edinburgh’s listed buildings. Large lounges, with original cornice, high ceilings and sash and case windows, offer fantastic entertaining space, with several bedrooms having en suite bathrooms, some apartments also have a small outdoor area perfect for BBQs. Our superior apartments offer a perfect base to explore the Old Town of Edinburgh and the nearby Holyrood Park & Arthurs Seat and are located on frequent bus routes to the city centre

Sleeping arrangements The bedrooms can be set up as doubles or twins and there is a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional person

Interior layout We have 3 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bedroom apartment across two blocks of apartments that can be booked separately or altogether.

The apartments have furnished lounges with plasma Screens, Freeview TV/ DVD players . There are fully equipped kitchens and 1-2 bathrooms with some being ensuite.
