A converted Georgian Townhouse, these apartments where renovated to an exceptionally high standard in 2010/2011 and now include multiple flat screen televisions throughout each apartment, en suite bath and shower rooms, a feature spiral staircase leading to the luxurious bedroom suite and private landscaped outdoor area. With Harvey Nichols, Jenners of Edinburgh, and the boutiques of Multrees Walk close by the discerning city visitor can shop in style by day and sample the bars and restaurants of George Street by night.

Sleeping arrangements Bedrooms can be set up as twins or doubles and there is a sofa bed or foldaway bed in the lounge for 1 additional person

Interior layout We have a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments which are available separately or altogther. The apartments all have furnished lounges, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas and 2 -3 bathrooms with some being ensuite. The 2 bedroom aaprtment is the only apartment with one shower room

Exterior We have 2 apartments thats have acess to a private outdoor decked area.

Access arrangements Our apartment manager will meet you at the apartments when you arrive we will just require an estimated time from you prior to your arrival

Parking details There is a secure public car park the Elder Street Car Park just a few minutes walk away from the apartments: Approx £19 per day.
