With it's unique location, our apartment provides a stunning base from which to explore Edinburgh. The apartment is located on the first floor of a private building and benefits from CCTV and lift access.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the remaining balance will be due 28 days prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made. Failure to pay the prepayment 14 days prior to arrival will be deemed to be a cancellation. A £200 refundable security deposit will be required upon arrival via credit card and then refunded back on departure. Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation will usually be made available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10.30am, and keys/car park pass returned to the concierge.
