There are around 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive from us, some as close as 5 minutes away. For rugby fans, the bus service runs directly past the property to and from Murrayfield Stadium.

The ground floor has the entrance hallway, leading to a large living area with dining facilities, a fully fitted kitchen and to a small cloakroom/toilet.

The first floor has two well proportioned bedrooms both of which have en-suite shower rooms with w.c. and wash hand basins. Each twin bedroom contains two single beds and ample storage. There is also a large family bathroom located on this floor.

The top floor has two large double bedrooms both of which have en-suite shower rooms with w.c. and wash hand basins. All bedrooms are fitted with digital TV's.

Please note that this property is not suitable for hen/stag parties or single sex groups.

This property offers a 'meet and greet' service, whereby the owner will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout etc. A 25% deposit is due on booking.
