Check in is from 4.00pm onwards on the agreed arrival date. Keys are collected from a Secure Keybox so there is no time-restriction on arrival. Checkout is 10.00am on the morning of the agreed departure date. Should your travel arrangements fall out with these times, we will make every effort to accommodate you and/ or your luggage.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance and £100 security deposit are due 2 months prior to your arrival.

Parking details If arriving by car, follow signs to Edinburgh Castle into Edinburgh. Parking by meter is available on Johnston Terrace, where a set of steps leads down to Victoria Terrace. The property can also be accessed from George IV Bridge if mobility is an issue, although please note that there are a number of steps inside the property between levels.
